Ad Agency — Vice President, Director of Sales in Lawton, Oklahoma
Radio and television advertising agency exclusively servicing the North American real estate
industry is seeking an experienced VP/Director of Sales to provide direction and support to the
sales, copy, and production teams to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding their individual
and team objectives.
Duties include motivating and directing the team, continuous training and coaching, and managing media buying, creative copy direction, rate and talent fee negotiation, and radio talent coaching for key North American clients.
The potential candidate must have previous radio programming, sales, and management experience with the ability to manage a sales team with support and leadership to ensure that sales targets are being met. We are seeking a results-oriented individual with honed negotiation skills and closing tactics.
Skills and experience required:
• Minimum 15 years experience as a prime time radio broadcaster in News/Talk and Music formats
• Robust experience in writing, performing, producing, and selling music jingles
An aggressive compensation package awaits the right candidate, which includes a significant
